EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We at Basto, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, incase our customer is not happy with a certain product, we are more than happy to exchange it. For any exchange / return requests please write to us on customersupport@basto.in

Exchange

Goods once sold can not be exchanged. Only in exceptional cases where sizes mismatches, then exchange might be considered. 

Exchange/return to be claimed within three days of delivery of product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods sold during a sale event are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

Returns and refund

Returns and refunds will only be entertained if there is any manufacturing defect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
